Random Excerp

I know Monday is Random Excerpt day, but I thought: Hey, I've never done the schedule before and Saturday is depends so why not? So here it is your random excerpt of the day! This book is published by Scholastic and is written by Rick Yancey

"Where am I going?" I asked.
"Where do you think?" the guy behind me crackled. I guessed he was saying I was going to my grave or to hell, probably to hell for all the people dead because of me.
Benacio said, "Think carefully about what you are doing. I do not wish to kill you."
"Shut up," the man sitting behind him said.
"There is still time," Benacio said. "If you repent now heaven may still recieve you."

Can anyone guess what book it is?
